Shop online at the nurture nappies website, completing a secure transaction online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Diners Card, direct deposit, cheque or money order, layby or gift card.
how to shop
To quickly access our product range, you can shop either by brand, by style of product or by simply searching for terms in the search menu.
On the right hand side of each screen you will see these choices.
For detailed product information, click on the product image or title. Within the product description, you will often find colour, design or size options.
When you checkout from the online shop, if you pay by credit card, your details are securely transmitted using industry standard SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology with eWay. SSL encryption is a method by which information is encrypted while being transmitted over the internet. SSL is the state-of-the-art encryption technology used in e-commerce today. Check for the padlock symbol in the bottom right corner of your screen for peace of mind that the shopping pages are protected by a secure protection. Please note that all credit card transactions are processed at the time of ordering by the secure online payment gateway.
Australian and international customers may pay via direct deposit into our bank account, details for which are prvided as you check out from the store.

we welcome your paymnent by layby. we apprecaite an itital 20% deposit with regular payments over a maximum period of 6 months to suit your budget. When you request layby at checkout, we will email you a layby payment plan.
A tax invoice is issued by email when you order online. A printed tax invoice will accompany telephone or mail orders only, in the interests of environmental conservation. All prices include GST.
Orders are processed for dispatch within 1-3 business days (unless otherwise indicated).
If an item you have ordered is not in stock, or is a pre-order, we will contact you with a range of options available to you.
If an item is not available for immediate dispatch, you will be given the option
(i) to cancel the out-of-stock items or the order in full
(ii) substitute for another product or
(iii)have your in-stock items shipped with a back order created that can be shipped later at your expense.
(iv) wait for the out-of-stock items to arrive in store and have everything shipped together.
Our customer service staff will contact you by email with any alterations that need to be made to an order as soon as it is returned from our warehouse.
We have a flat $9.95 delivery Australia wide
This is a trackable delivery with either Australia Post or a courier service. If you are not home at the time of attempted delivery, a calling card will be left for you to collect your parcel from your nearest mailing centre.
Standard delivery time takes 1-5 business days to the Eastern states, and 3-10 days to Western Australia.
Should you require urgent delivery or have any other special delivery requirements please contact us to make arrangements. We will do our best to help you
Actual international delivery costs will be manually added to your order. These costs are not automatically generated as the shipping cost depends on the weight of your parcel, type of service preferred and destination. After you have placed your order, we will contact you to confirm your shipping choices and their costs.
Regular sea or air mail, Express Post International and Registered International services are all available.
Every product you receive from Nurture Nappies should be perfect for your baby and new parents.
If ever an item does not meet your highest expectation, as part of our Returns Policy ,we will issue a replacement, exchange or refund your money ( less a 10% restocking fee) for items returned in the original, undamaged packaging and in as-new resaleable condition within 30 days of purchase.
Packages must be returned complete, including any free gifts enclosed with your original purchase.
Exchanges or replacement orders do not incur a re-stocking fee.
Unless we made a mistake with your order, you are responsible for return or exchange shipping charges.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance because we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
All goods are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for a minimum period of 3 months from the date of purchase. At our discretion, repair or replacement will be organised for you. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Returns Authorisation Number before returning goods and include your receipt of purchase with your return.
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
how do you get my consent?

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

We encourage you to re-use + recycle the packaging materials that come to you.
