How to Order
- Welcome to Nurture Nappies. We make choosing nappies simple and fuss free. Shop online at the nurture nappies website, completing a secure transaction online with Visa, Mastercard, direct deposit, Paypal, cheque or money order, layby or gift card. We cannot accept payments by American Express or Diners Card. Please note bank details for payment by direct deposit at the bottom of your online invoice.
- To quickly access nappy products, you can shop either by brand, by style of product or by simply searching for terms in the search menu. On the left hand side of the screen you will see a drop down menu of the brands we stock, as well as a comprehensive listing of the different styles Nurture Nappies supplies. Click on the appropriate brand name or category and select the desired product or sub category. For detailed product information, click on the product image or title. Within the product description, you will often find the option to click through to a page displaying all colour and design options, as well as comprehensive product details, use + care information and reviews. Simply make your selection as you browse through the shop by clicking the ‘add to basket’ button. To complete your order, click the ‘checkout’ button. Payment Options
When you checkout from the online shop, if you pay by credit card, your details are securely transmitted using industry standard SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology with eWay. SSL encryption is a method by which information is encrypted while being transmitted over the internet. SSL is the state-of-the-art encryption technology used in e-commerce today. Check for the padlock symbol in the bottom right corner of your screen for peace of mind that the shopping pages are protected by a secure protection. Shipping
At Nurture Nappies you don’t have to be worried about hidden extra costs with postage.
Australia wide babies
We have a flat $9 delivery Australia wide.
Our $9 service provides you with the peace of mind of a fully trackable and receipted delivery. The safe delivery of your fluffy mail requires a signature. If you are not home at the time of attempted delivery, a calling card will be left for you to collect your parcel from your nearest mailing centre.
In stock items are shipped with a guaranteed delivery within 48 hours from dispatch. Dispatch generally occurs within 48 hours of your order being placed.
If an item you have ordered is not in stock, or is a pre-order, we will contact you with a range of options available to you. If an item is not available for immediate dispatch, you will be given the option
(i) to cancel the out-of-stock items or the order in full
(ii) substitute for another product or
(iii)have your in-stock items shipped with a back order created that can be shipped later at your expense. Our flat rate for additional shipping is $9.
(iv) wait for the out-of-stock items to arrive in store and have everything shipped together.
Our customer service staff will contact you by email with any alterations that need to be made to an order as soon as it is returned from our warehouse.
International babies
Actual international delivery costs will be manually added to your order. These costs are not automatically generated as the shipping cost depends on the weight of your parcel, type of service preferred and destination. After you have placed your order, we will contact you to confirm your shipping choices and their costs. Express Post International and Registered International services are both available.
Postage or shipping costs are automatically added to your order at the checkout. A tax invoice is issued by email when you order online. A printed tax invoice will accompany telephone or mail orders only, in the interests of environmental conservation. All prices include GST. Back to Top
Delivery time
All orders received prior to 9.00 am Monday through to Friday are processed within 1-2 business days (unless otherwise indicated).
Standard delivery time takes 1-2 business days to the Eastern states, and 2 days to Western Australia.
Should you require urgent delivery or have any other special delivery requirements please contact us to make arrangements. We will do our best to help you.

Returns
Every product you receive from Nurture Nappies should be perfect for your special baby and new parents. If ever an item doe not meet your highest expectation, as part of our Returns Policy ,we will gladly issue a replacement, exchange or refund your money ( less a 10% restocking fee) for items returned in the original, undamaged packaging and in as-new resaleable condition within 30 days of purchase.
Packages must be returned complete, including any free gifts enclosed with your original purchase.
Exchanges or replacement items do not incur the re-stocking fee.
Unless we made a mistake with your order, you are responsible for return or exchange shipping charges.
Please contact us by email to receive a Returns Form and a Return Authorisation Number.

The exception to this policy is for orders of SALE items and discontinued products, which we cannot have returned.
Please contact us at service@nurturenappies.com.au before returning goods and include your receipt with the return. Our restocking fees are to help cover administrative costs and time, as well as our bank fees for transactions.

Warranty
All goods are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for a minimum period of 3 months from the date of purchase. At our discretion, repair or replacement will be organised for you. Please contact us at service@nurturenappies.com.au for a Returns Authorisation Number before returning goods and include your receipt of purchase with your return.

Environment Policy
Through both the products we supply + the manner in which our business is administered, The Nurtured Child strives to reduce our ecological footprint, re-using, recycling + reducing waste. In the interests of the trees, paper invoices are not issued. Our brochures, business cards and letterheads are printed on 100% recycled materials using soy based inks printed with a waterless method using 100% green power.
We encourage you to re-use + recycle the packaging materials that come to you. A proportion of our income is donated annually to environmental conservation. We support businesses with similar environmental imperatives, and we endeavour to supply certified organic products where available.

Nurture Nappies supports a rich and diverse range of community and social organisations. We offer a little insight into our activities.
Nurture Nappies is an avid supporter of KIVA. Kiva's mission is to connect people through lending for the sake of alleviating poverty.
Kiva is the world's first person-to-person micro-lending website, empowering individuals and groups to lend directly to unique entrepreneurs around the globe. Kiva partners with existing expert microfinance institutions. In doing so, they gain access to outstanding entrepreneurs from impoverished communities world-wide. Their partners are experts in choosing qualified entrepreneurs. That said, they are usually short on funds. Through Kiva, partners upload their entrepreneur profiles directly to a website so sponsors can lend to them.
Kiva provides a data-rich, transparent lending platform. They are constantly working to make the system more transparent to show how money flows throughout the entire cycle, and what effect it has on the people and institutions lending it, borrowing it, and managing it along the way. To do this, they are using the power of the internet to facilitate one-to-one connections that were previously prohibitively expensive. Child sponsorship has always been a high overhead business. Kiva creates a similar interpersonal connection at much lower costs due to the instant, inexpensive nature of internet delivery.
Nurture Nappies also donates nappies to those in need. We have most recently donated a box of nappies to Young Mums in Canberra.
