Change mats are a nursery essential, for taking out with you for quick and easy nappy changes while out and about, to line a change table or for nappy free play time.

Mattress pads have lots of uses-they are great for toilet training children, older bed wetting children, nappy free time, summer babies in fitted nappies without covers, for co-sleeping night fed babies, as a baby massage mat, play mat or a change mat. In our experience, a mattress pad has been the handiest accessory for toilet training toddlers, even moreso than a pair of training pants.
